EXHAUST PIPE: - Alloy Aluminum with Hard Coat anodizing or Electro less Nickel Plating  

--- To overcome the problem of thread damage every time due to use of adhesives during dismantling and reassembly Phoenix has introduced innovative concept of using O’ ring seal in Suction Gun Assembly. With the use of this innovative concept, it has become easier to assemble the Suction Guns without adhesives but with Grease. Also no thread damage would be there during several dismantling and reassembly.

2. -- FILAMENT YARN SPLICERS: -

Phoenix offers Pawan Bandh pneumatic yarn splicers for knotless joining of filament yarns. These automatic splicers work on pneumatic logic achieved from intricate machined mechanical parts assembled in single piece machined alluminium body.

As all parts are metallic and precisely machined, the equipment offers trouble free performance for long time. These splicers can be used for joining yarns like Nylon, Polyester, Viscose, Glass, Carbon and Aramid.

--- Quality of auto-coned yarn can be affected by quality of scissors – particularly splicer or tension  
    scissors. Phoenix is manufacturing and supplying quality Scissors with 3 to 5 years life guarantee in various material options like: -

With additional option of TiN Coating (Golden Yellow)

Loepfe/ Peyer/ Premier/ Keisokki / Schlafhorst/ Other Types

These Steel or Carbide blades with high tech engineering plastic holders can deliver 5 to 7 million cuts (Lifetime cutting test facility is also available at Phoenix)

Phoenix has already supplied over 1,00,000 blades to European Yarn clearer manufacturer in a year.
